Owtqury: This is what jawsh.mccullaugh.com used to look like. This area up here was used for announcements, or just to say stupid stuff.

FrillerIdiot -- What a wierd name. Wait, what am I talking about?

Tekalja:

This page is part of FrillerIdiot.com (although it's linked to from mccullaugh.com)

Tekalja is a new project that I am working on.  Okay, so it's a new incarnation of a very old project I've been working on, but I'm rewriting the entire code for it.  If any on you have ever been to vfight.sf.net, you might have a slight idea what this is (I've chosen a new name so as not to get confused with vfight.com).  So, for the majority of the population that has no idea what this is, it's a game that I've been working on for the last ten years.  It's evolved quite a bit and unfortunately, I have no idea where I've put the original source code.  So, now that I've bored you or driven you insane, I'm actually going to tell you what it is.  (I really hope this paragraph gets copied somewhere someday without the rest of the article.

Tekalja is a game generally played with two players (though one may be a computer engine, although a good one hasn't been written yet.)  The players start off with an nBot which may later on be customizable once the player has recieved enough points.  The intent is that from there the game may be customized in any way with different extensions downloadable from the internet or created by the user due to the open source nature of this project.  The standard rules for the game along with the official story will be provided in the Tekalja Constitution.

The Tekalja Constitution:

This is currently a work in progress.  Suggestions are not accepted right now but will be accepted at a later date.  The constitution for this game is currently in private draft state but some progress will be made avalible shortly.  Check back soon.
